Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?
On the Free plan, requests beyond the limit will be rate-limited until the next billing cycle. On Pro and Business plans, overage requests are billed automatically at the per-request rate shown above.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Can I use Training and API separately?
Yes. They are independent subscriptions. You can use the free security training without an API plan, subscribe to an API plan without a training upgrade, or combine both. Each is billed separately.
How does team billing work?
$10/seat/month. The team admin manages seats from the dashboard — add or remove members at any time. You are only billed for active seats, and changes are prorated.
